I was looking forward to a good trim and a deep conditioning treatment. I paid extra for the treatment on line previously. Don't do this! Pay after and you might actually get one. I didn't. I got a very cursory clean. No deep condition! nothing. I didn't even get asked my name until after the shampoo. I asked for two inches taken off, I got 5 inches taken off. I was asked to stand and turn around and then Eddie stood behind me and with clippers cut through my hair. What an awful experience!
