Staff always extremely friendly. Francesco has been the best for the last 1.5 years, always very attentive, skilled and always very kind. He should get a pay rise/ promotion for his costumers service excellence and attention to detail always making me feel very special.

Botched haircut, I paid extra for conditioning treatment and did not receive it, burnt my ear when drying my hair with a hair dryer, hair dresser was very aggressive with my hair. Came in for a simple trim, left with the worst haircut and will probably have to go somewhere to fix it.
