Went in for a Ladies’ Haircut. Hairdresser was not very responsive to my requests and result was uneven. He was defensive when I asked for further trims to correct some areas. Not the best communication

Appt time was put back 45 mins beforehand. Not ideal. Then started 45 minutes late as there was no therapist to do it initially. Plug sockets not working so had to move and sit on seats that were not right for me or the therapist. Polish was old and gloopy and the poor therapist didn’t have some of the tools she needed. The shellac polish on two nails came off as the manicure was finished - had to be done again. 2 and a half hours later I left. Never going back

I love it here and have been getting my haircut at this branch of Splash for nearly 10 years. The staff are super friendly, professional and pay attention to detail. Kudos to all staff based here who have remained positive and high cleanliness standards throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Not to mention that haircuts here are EXTREMELY reasonable compared to most central London locations. Thank you SPLASH!
