I was disappointed on this visit. I had booked ahead, arrived on time, and was left waiting for nearly 15 minutes while others (who arrived after me) were seated straight away. There isn’t much point booking a slot for a specific time if that time isn’t met by the company! My (quite expensive) face covering was also damaged (by clippers) beyond repair. While my request for a discount was met, the £3 or so discount is much less than the cost of the face covering. In all, not a good experience.
