I have used splash loads of times (through Treatwell and direct) for hair, nails, wax etc and always had a good experience. I was so disappointed with the service on Saturday. I paid for conditioning and scalp treatment which I am 99% sure he didn’t do and it was a standard hair wash, he then blow dried my hair and I had to remind him I paid for a haircut so had to wet my hair to wash it and then he started blow drying without even ask me what I would like. I think he said 5 words max to me which normally I wouldn’t mind but you should at least ask someone what kind of cut or blow dry? I asked him to curl my hair but not sure he understood and only did a few curls which fell out 2 mins after I left. Overall I’ve always had a good experience but was so disappointed at spending my money there on Saturday.
