My nail technician was nice, but she hurt me with her fingernail quite a few times, after I told her the first time. The end product was bad. Either they need new paint or the tech needed to apply it better, but I left unimpressed.

It was actually Melania who did my hair but she was great. It took a little longer but she put time into making sure my hair had lifted properly and that damage was minimised as I was going from dark to very light. I was really happy with the result!
