This is very much a quantity over quality salon. There was hair everywhere when I arrived and had to walk over it to reach the waiting area. When my stylist arrived she told me she did not speak any English. I was asked to measure the amount of hair I wanted cut with the width of her fingers. She proceeded to cut and begin to blow dry when I was approached by another staff member telling me I had to pay extra. I did not book a blow dry however I didn’t want to leave with wet hair.

The stylist was Alex as Saraica was unwell. Alex was very experienced and my hair looked great. Especially the fringe. I would definitely ask for her again.
