The water strength was very weak, still felt the shampoo in my hair when the stylist was finished so asked her to rinse the hair again, at one point the water wasn't working.
The blow dry was extremely slow, the technique was terrible as made my hair look limp and hair felt cool (needed a proper dry). In the end used the hair dryer myself to finish off.
Never again...

Well, it was very busy firstly - I was greeted by a lovely man but then the lady who washed my hair and did the hair cut, for some reason I was not satisfied as I had to tell her to make sure the middle parting of my hair was accurate a couple times which led me to believe she had no clue to what she was doing. This made me nervous and I felt like I made a mistake booking. I felt like I could not understand her and my hair was so dry by the time i left the salon. She didn’t put any hair oil.
