Worse haircut I've had. There was a language barrier, I asked for long layers and showed a picture reference. There was no technique, no parting of hair to ensure even cuts. She just grabbed large chunks of hair and started cutting and didn't look she really knew what she was doing. Ended with no layers and a wonky cut. She blew dry my hair super curly when the photo reference was straight and my hair is pin straight, think this was done so I couldn't see the cut properly.

I honestly regret asking for a wavy blow dry and should have gone with straight because my wavy blow dry turned out bad. The curls faded as soon as I left the salon, no spray was applied to maintain the curls and it made my hair look shorter than it is. I’ve been to this salon before and they usually do a good job with my hair, but this time I was disappointed.
