The cut was great but the atmosphere made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. My stylist was lovely but others were rude and the salon was not clean which concerned me when my hair was being washed.

I had a mani/pedi here and the quality of the end result and the experience were poor.
My treatment was late by 20 mins, which made me worried as I had another appointment booked. While the salon kindly offered to swap normal polish for gel, the end result made me regret it. The polish edges are uneven and ridges are visible, so I need to go elsewhere to get it re-done. The procedure itself was mildly painful and didn’t feel professional, to say nothing of the welcome and the ambiance.
