Fabiola was amazing. She is always very pleasant and great to talk to, always keeps me at ease. VERY QUICK with a Hollywood which I love. Sadly the heat was a bit too much downstairs and there wasn’t much ventilation/a fan. I pre paid for a hot wax but we ended up going with strips which isn’t the best for my skin as I’m quite sensitive down below, but due to the heat downstairs, the hot wax wasn’t setting. This was my only concern, otherwise it’s normally very pleasant
