I think I was the first bleach this guy had ever done because he was BRUSHING and pulling the bleached hair. lucky it came out ok. he also cut my hair when it was still dripping water, didn’t even bother to soak with a towel LOL

Gel Manicure was average, didn't last very long (I replaced after 1 week as it chipped and peeled) The ambience is awkward (downstairs at a hair salon). I'm not sure how experienced the lady was as she took 1.5 hours which I thought was very long
