Treatment rm is below barber shop, very steep and narrow staircase and difficult to climb down if not light on your feet. Beauty treatment area was not particularly clean, not as clean as you would expect anyway, tools and workstation were dirty and looked old, did not seem like they had been cleaned recently. Staff member at the front door of barber shop was very lovely though which was good 1st impression but the rest left a lot to be desired. Probably wouldn't return to be honest.
