I walked out with my hair three different colours. She had put the bleach on for three hours! My hair was blue, yellow and dark by the time I got out of there 4 hours later. I went back to have it corrected and my hair is yellow and it’s just so awful. I’ve never seen anything like it and I cannot believe I paid money to have my hair ruined!

I went in to have my hair corrected as the lady before didn’t even touch my roots, my hair was three different colours and then I walked out with my hair yellow the second time. I’ve never known a salon to be so inexperienced. Absolutely horrendous and I cannot believe I had to pay money for this. I am absolutely gutted and my hair is just so ruined.
