I went in to have my hair corrected as the lady before didn’t even touch my roots, my hair was three different colours and then I walked out with my hair yellow the second time.
I’ve never known a salon to be so inexperienced.
Absolutely horrendous and I cannot believe I had to pay money for this.
I am absolutely gutted and my hair is just so ruined.

Booked a wash and cut with a deep conditioning treatment. The stylist barely cut my hair and I was in and out of there in 14 minutes!! Did not get the conditioning treatment (or any conditioner AT ALL in fact) as advertised/paid for, and the stylist then hacked a brush through my hair. He didn't listen to what I wanted at all. Didn't even ask if I was happy at the end (which I clearly wasn't). Complete waste of money and I would not recommend or return.

Worst hair service ever received from this salon! Hair wasn’t properly washed & no conditioning treatment. Asked for a simple smooth blowdry & didn’t deliver, stylist blamed my hair type as frizzy. I could do better blowdry at home than him,

I booked haircut and blow dry. From the moment I walked in it was a mediocre experience that just became worse over the minute. The stylist did not speak to me once and did not check how I wanted my hair cut or blow dry done. When I tried asking her to reduce the heat in the dryer she just snickered and said London is hot. Throughout the session she kept talking to her colleague in a non English language and not once tried checking with me on the experience or even preference for hair style
