The beautician was late with no apologies, I was just left in a basement with little communication. She did not speak to me and the etiquette wasn't great, I've had waxs for over 10 years but never had such a painful one and I had to ask for sections

I don’t know the name of the lady the cut my hair unfortunately but she did a wonderful job of cutting it after an accident at work thank you so much

Really great hair colour. Love it and would definitely go back. Basic cut, quite rushed but did the job. Pedicure was disappointing, hardly any foot exfoliating or massage or cream. Good painting though
