Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I knew it wasn't going to end well when the hairdresser couldn't even speak English. My cut was nowhere near what I asked for and wasn't even done very well. There are a few strange steps and nothing has really been blended. It looks like I cut my own hair. Definitely won't be going back.

Yuri was absolutely brilliant - so welcoming and kind, with incredible attention to detail. He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted, then finessed the cut until it was *exactly* right. He’s not only a very talented stylist, but clearly a lovely human being as well. I’m grateful for the tremendous care he took and thrilled with my fabulous new cut.
Splash salons can be very noisy and hectic, but I found an early morning appointment much quieter and more relaxing. Thank you, Yuri!
