Went for a shellac polish removal- fairly satisfied as it was just a 10 minute appointment. Not a relaxing place in general (very loud and chaotic), so might not be the best for full l dairy treatments.

Excellent manicure. The therapist was quick and efficient and listened to how I wanted my nails to look. Often they don't really listen if you want shorter nails. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good manicure.

I often visit Splash for waxing treatments and have consistently good experiences at their salons. On this occasion, my beauty therapist was extremely friendly and we had a good chat, which was great to keep my mind off the waxing! The only (small) downside was that this was not as pain-free as it has been on other occasions - she didn't really use techniques such as pressing down on the waxed skin to ease the pain and I didn't feel like she held my skin as taut as she perhaps could have done. But it certainly wasn't anything I couldn't handle, and she did do a very thorough job. V pleased with the result!

The beautician, as usual, was really friendly and professional and I was very satisfied of the manicure I got. The only constructive comment I have about the location is that there's too much hair in the salon.
