Arrived ten minutes early but was seen to straight away. The beauty room is downstairs and was quite a small space. Lady doing the treatment was very friendly. Please with the treatment overall!

An Italian girl did my nails this time and was absolutely lovely. Recommended the perfect nail shade. Only gripe I have is that this is the second time my Shellac here has not been as well done as I have come to expect - the shape isn't quite straight and 3 of the nails on my left hand have started flaking after a week...

Bit disappointed this time by my hollywood wax. The usual beautician was not there. This one was just so-so and didn't go back to check that she had removed all the hair. Still good value though.
