I've been to the other branch in Covent Garden and they were brilliant. Here I found the waxer a little inexperience and flustered, though friendly. Wouldn't put me off going again.

I had a Hollywood wax with Clara. She is always friendly, quick and efficient and makes you feel comfortable. It was her last day at Splash as she is moving to Znips in Victoria, I intend on following her there because of how impressed I've been with her as a beautician. Thanks!
