I loved the treatment, the best Hollywood I've had. The lady who did it was also great! The environment at Splash Charing Cross is a little compact and you do feel as though you're being shuffled into a little room for a treatment among all of the hairdressing - not the calm atmosphere I usually would want. Otherwise, great treatment, great price!

Asked for my colour, was basically refused. Had the manicurist's favourite colour instead. I don't really like it. Oh well. I suppose I could have insisted, but... One doesn't like to make a fuss... Instead one leaves it until one gets home to make a fuss anonymously online...
The lines are mostly good. Treatwell says it will take 1hr (which it does take in another Splash salon) but here I was out the door in 30mins. All the elements of the 1hr manicure and colour were there, just condensed to half the time. Pay for 1hr and receive 30mins. If you are in a hurry then perhaps choose this place because despite booking one thing you'll be done very quickly. The manicure section was "vigorous" i.e. painful! I think I'll be sticking to splash goodge street from now on, who are always wonderful. I am surprised by the vast difference between these two branches.

The room for the treatment was downstairs, and a little cramped. The whole procedure felt a little rushed and was not to the standard I was hoping unfortunately (and more painful than usual - I came away with a couple of bruises!) The beautician was very nice and very professional, but there was no space to clean up, either before or after, and I felt very rushed the whole time... Good value as a last minute booking, but not really a pleasant experience!
