It was great - made to feel very welcome and relaxed! Only comment is it got a bit loud at one point with a group of guests! But not much you can do about that!

Pool is much smaller than it appears in pictures (too short for swimming) and very noisy with water jets. Lots of saunas but nowhere to cool down. Treatment was good. Booked the afternoon tea experience but you have to leave the spa and get fully dressed for afternoon tea so ended up being a very short afternoon in the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff really lovely and friendly. Facilities pretty good except very basic gym and changing rooms a bit messy. Massage was excellent.
