Wonderful group visit, facilities and treatments were well worth it and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
Floor was a little slippery by the pool area - maybe some more non-slip mats would be useful :)
Overall we loved our trip to Spa Verta!
Although small, Spa Verta is amazingly equipped for a solo or duo spa day. Very relaxing pool (with bubbles) and thermal facilities as well as a lounge with a great tea selection. It’s great to be able to use the gym too! Will definitely be coming back when I need some more rest.
Very basic, does the job. Spa is in the basement of the hotel so in the middle of July very hot and can make you feel claustrophobic and not light and airy like a spa should be. There is no natural light.
A basic scentless massage oil was used for a full body massage - other spas might ask you to sample essential oils at the start of the session which is usually a nice touch.
A couple will have a massage together in a small room with no natural light. Even with curtains drawn, natural light is essential in a spa and this should be on an elevated floor of the hotel, not in the basement with the car park.
Pool, jacuzzi and sauna steam rooms are quite small and cramped. Don’t think you can spend a day here - it’s not that type of spa.
Spa staff are friendly and helpful and there are no issues here. Would have just liked more of the spa feel.

Spa every month but always go here for special occassions. Staff very accommodating with picky eaters. Massaged was excellent. Spa is small but has everything you need. Only down side is phones shouldn't be allowed in the spa area
