Pool is much smaller than it appears in pictures (too short for swimming) and very noisy with water jets. Lots of saunas but nowhere to cool down. Treatment was good. Booked the afternoon tea experience but you have to leave the spa and get fully dressed for afternoon tea so ended up being a very short afternoon in the spa. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Had a full body massage and a facial both were to a amazingly high standard would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer

Staff really lovely and friendly. Facilities pretty good except very basic gym and changing rooms a bit messy. Massage was excellent.

The treatment itself and my therapist were lovely. But the facilities were awful! The changing room was filthy with rubbish everywhere. The shower taps in both the changing room and the spa itself didn't work. One tap actually came off in my hand! I could sense the staff were really embarrassed by the state of the place. The treatment was worth the money but the spa add on was very disappointing which was the whole appeal of the package.

The staff were very friendly and the massages we had were excellent. The spa facilities were good, but we couldn't see how to use some of the equipment in the hydrotherapy pool. The ladies changing room got a bit crowded with 4 ladies in it. It would be better to have the body lotion outside the showers and not inside. It was very nice to be provided with bath robe and towels.
