Booked the spa package which firstly was a great price! The hotel is lovely as are the staff, the food is fantastic and the treatments we had were brilliant. Overall a fantastic package.
My friend and I haven't been to the Spa at the Dunkenhalgh before. It was just what we wanted. The facilities were good and it wasn't too busy. The pool had set times which were adults only, but there were classes going on too, so the whole pool wasn't available for much of the morning. The therapy suite was very calm, comfortable and relaxing. The treatments we had were great. Lunch was lovely. At the end of the day we had a meal at the Cameo bar - this was really nice and a perfect end to a perfect day.
Lovely visit, staff couldn't do more for us. Lunch was excellent. Place was slightly dated. Received wrong treatment.
