Our founder set up Just So Pretty wanting to modernise and elevate the salon experience whilst keeping customer service at the forefront of everything we do. Each client touch point from enquiry to aftercare has been carefully planned out and designed, upgrading all of the things in between (even down to your toilet trips!)

You'll notice that through our social media, our aesthetically thought out salon environment and events we attend as a team we target our audience specifically. This isn't just to make JSP your favourite fortnightly 'instagramable' spot, it's to make each of our clients feel right at home. All of our team are completely self employed with contracts that work for them and their business as we endeavour to see each of our therapists thrive, grow and became business bosses in their own right. Which leads us onto our academy...
