The staff are lovely and the massage was very good and I stayed and paid extra for the thermal spa - it would be better value if it was included. Overall a lovely day. Really good spa just missing a hot tub which would make it even better!

Great value for an amazing spa experience. Incredibly clean, and due to the space and facilities being adequate (2 saunas and 2 steamrooms) no crowding.

Waxing quality is very poor. Some areas were missed, i still have lots of remaining hairs

The receptionists were disinterested. The masseur was ill and was going to go ahead with the treatment. It was only that I asked her if she was ok she told me she had a fever and had been told to come in by her manager. I was appalled and made a complaint. I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go.
