The receptionists were disinterested. The masseur was ill and was going to go ahead with the treatment. It was only that I asked her if she was ok she told me she had a fever and had been told to come in by her manager. I was appalled and made a complaint. I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go.

A very nice lady gave me an amazing treatment for my birthday. The spa has lovely infused saunas and steam rooms and a great relaxation room. I also enjoyed the hot rooms. The only minus is that the water in the tiny cool down pool was very dirty but that’s because of people not showering before use...

Excellent facial. Staff could be more friendly when they call you in for the treatment - just a more softer manner. Facial was good and it was excellent value. I would return seeing the value was good.

The venue is good, unfortunately no care is taken to ensure the experience is a relaxing one. There were big groups of people (7 at a time) were talking at the relaxation room, the whole spa area seemed like a party area. Several employees entered the room, noticed, and didn't do anything about it. If you want to relax this is NOT the place. It is a shame as the venue is actually good.
