The treatment was excellent. The therapist Nicola provided a warm and relaxing environment; taking me through the steps of my treatment and offering insight into how I can maintain good care of my feet.

The massage was really good & I enjoyed the use of the elemis products. The reasoning for the lower rating:
- there wasn’t any discussion/consultation prior to the treatement.
- the room was cold
- the towels used were really scruffy
- The so changing rooms etc.. weren’t particularly clean.
- there wasn’t much of an ‘experience’ from start to finish. Interaction with massage therapist was minimal and staff seemed apathetic (including receptionist)
- Although the price is okay comparatively - it felt pricey for being in a public gym space & lack of service.
As I mentioned the actual massage was great but improving the issues above would significantly ensure a better experience for customers.

The treatment and overall experience here is always good and relaxing. No external noise and always quiet. I didn't give it a full 5 stars as the therapist didn't give me much direction after the treatment (to dress, rub off the massage oil). I think she might have been new, but she was very friendly and professional.
