Staff remembered me from my first ever visit months ago - great customer service. the spray tan didnt initially come out right (faulty sprayer) but they made sure I didn't leave until it was correct. Made me feel very comfortable definitely will book again. Great spray tan have gone back several times.

Here are the facts and occurrences of the day:
- I am 9 months pregnant (hence the pregnancy massage)
- my appointment for a pregnancy massage is at 11 am
- left my house at 10 am
- arrived at Spa Experience at 10:35 am
- spa experience opens doors after 11:05 am with at least ten people waiting
- I wait in a long queue and get checked in by 11:15 am
- 11:25 am I ask why I'm still waiting as it's now been about an hour of my arrival
- the ladies at the reception are defensive to why the appointment I’m waiting on is late…I am not shown much sympathy for being 9 months pregnant that's been waiting for an hour, not offered water or food
- 11:30 am I'm told that it'll be another 10 minutes
- 11:45 am the technician arrives and says we'll start the service at noon
- I have to arrange for someone to pick up my daughter from pre-school
- noon I start my massage
- the technician is kind and does apologise
- first half hour I am not able to relax due to my annoyance
- second half hour I do enjoy the service
- I didn't get to eat lunch until 2 pm
