Very relaxing experience in a great venue! It would have been 5 stars but the sauna and steam rooms were not hot enough for the first 2 hours. However , I was allowed to stay longer because of that.

A decent facility, staff were nice. Few dissapointing factors: - People talked loudly in the Hot Rooms/Saunas etc, killed the relaxing vibe - The water cooler was in the same room as the lounges, so if you're relaxing you can hear cups being filled up every 30 secs. - There was no pool, which I wrongly anticipated but was most hoping for.

Was ok, not as good as before. I believe the beautician wasnt that much experienced on holywood so it was perfectly done as it is usual and also oot of residual wax was left behing.
