Visit was great and really liked the facilities. A relaxing atmosphere. Only issue I had was that my treatment was running rather late and nobody updated me to let me know she would be with me shortly.
It was okay. The lady who did my treatment didn't leave enough time for me to get changed/in and out of shower - she burst into the room on me at least twice! Body exfoliation and hot stone massage was lovely - not sure where the `warm cocoon envelopment` came into it though. Also not sure if the salt body scrub should have been applied to my face?
Facial was nice and relaxing.

Good as generaly is. The beautician was not very used to do wax but still did a pretty good job. Just missed some areas but wasnt a big deal.
