Purchased pre natal massage for my daughter. Received numerous confirmation emails and appointment reminders prior to day of appointment. Daughter arrived for 11am appointment to be told it hadn't been booked and booked her in for 3pm. Spoke to Treatwell to be informed they would have been sent emails at same time as myself. Although the massage was great the day was spoilt as other things were planned for my daughter as a gift which couldn't go ahead. Wouldn't book again at Spa London as staff don't seem to know what they are doing and want to pass the buck for their incompetencies.

I had a lovely experience, Kemi who did my total spa experience was very attentive and took extra attention to every detail. I wish they would explain what was being used more but I understand that it all part of the experience. The facial was good but again she didn't really tell me what was being used. Overall good experience

Good facilities and back massage. just wish the staff would encourage other users to follow rules about wearing swimsuits at the very least...
