Professional as always. A bit odd that the therapist didn't leave the room for me to undress.

The only issue I have with ths SPA is that they booking system is a bit odd, and you have to chase them about your booking slot all the time.
In this case I booked my appointment for 1pm (two treatments), 25 minutes before my appointment I received an email from SPA informing that one of my treatments was moved to 2.35pm, when I called SPA to clarify this odd email they told me that they never emailed me or changed my appointment and my appointment is scheduled for 1.40pm (even though I booked it for 1pm).
I been going to this place for a while now and I always end up in bizarre situations, so whoever is doing SPA admin/bookings is clearly not very good at their job and I would advise everyone going there double check booked treatments several times beore the appointment. Even then when you arrive to the SPA you still might find out that your appointment was booked 40 minutes later and the only answer they can give you in to why its not correct is that Treatwell isnt very good - even if you clarified time slot several times over the phone.
On the good note treatment was very well performed, facilities very clean and beautician was plesent and professional.
