The spa has several rooms for a variety of experiences. The treatment room wasn't set up but, but the staff said they would feed that back and definitely move it around. The treatments were OK. Decent value, but not at full price.

York Hall is a beautiful place to relax and the facilities are great. Unfortunately that day, treatments were very delayed but the staff at the reception were very lovely. However when it was finally time for my treatment, I felt that the therapist could have been a little more professional and not burden me with the issues she’s had that day.
