Unfortunately their booking system doesn't communicate with Treatwell's, so they were double booked. However, the staff were super helpful and managed to sort me out a shorter appointment for that day for free, and rescheduled for another day.
I also used the spa facilities too - unfortunately one of the steam rooms was broken, and some of the facilities weren't very well maintained. e.g. there were large pools of water on the floor in places, and the provision of drinking water wasn't kept topped up (an essential in a sauna/steam room environment!).

Had to rearrange appointment due to a therapist being ill, easily done in person but the spa is completely impossible to contact via phone. Atmosphere is not great, staff on both occasions seemed stressed.
Then there was a mistake with the second booking and a double room had not been set up. Long story short when we finally went in for our treatment the staff were lovely and the treatment itself great value for money and very relaxing.
