I booked this through Treatwell and then the studio emailed me personally asking me to reschedule for a later time, I replied and agreed to the time they suggested, but when I showed up to the appointment that evening they said they hadn’t checked their email for a response and nobody was available anymore. I had to reschedule the appointment twice to find a time that worked. A total inconvenience.
