Wonderful experience. A hidden gem in London! I completely enjoyed the interaction with the staff the facilities were great. The only major difficulty was the plunge pool was exceptionally cold but that’s a minute personal preference.
Very good body scrub and very relaxing massage with channon didn’t wanna leave.

The facilities were very clean with a lovely atmosphere. The sauna was very spacious and a good temperature, sometimes they can be too hot or too cold. The chill out room was extremely relaxing. A very good experience all round.
The spa facilities itself aren’t top notch but you get what you pay for. Nice little retreat but can get quite loud between the regulars so doesn’t have much of the “spa” atmosphere. Saying that, the treatments were FAB - so relaxing and would visit again more so for that than anything else. Good, cheap spa day
Budget spa with a really great price, but don't expect 5-star facilities. Shower was surprisingly good after 3h in the spa. Massage was also lovely, with great smelling products, although they did forget about my friend's appointment which meant that once they realised this, her masseuse was pretty late in starting the treatment. Overall a good experience and very relaxing.
