Nice and affordable spa. The only down side is they do not have a jacuzzi. Not very busy on a Tuesday afternoon.
We were greeted by a very stressed out receptionist who chucked our bags at us and dashed off before taking our payment. Luckily this was by far the most stressful part of the experience as we relaxed into the spa. Great value for money and wonderful facilities! Will definitely be coming back again soon.
The spa was really nice and the treatments were AMAZING - I had booked a thermal package with deep tissue massage and a facial.
The biggest let down was the bathing/spa habits of the clientele. Despite clear signs for etiquette, one woman brought a spice jar into the sauna with her, people had been using the plunge pool to wash off their shampoo/soap as there were foam bubbles on the surface. This needs to be better managed, I feel
