The ONLY reason this has more than 1 star was my amazing therapist, Irina. Despite the fact that I'd seen multiple comments detailing the lack of hot wax, I thought I'd give them a shot. Imagine my surprise when 15 minutes before my treatment, I get a call, and lo and behold, they're out. This has apparently been happening almost monthly - how on earth you can call yourself a professional spa if you're running out of products all the time, I don't know. Irina, however, was kind, funny, apologetic and caring. She literally scraped the remains of the last used pot of hot wax so that my skin wasn't damaged by strip waxing too badly. I would only ever go back for her.

I had a whole body scrub and it was amazing. A lady called Tara did my treatments. She's really nice, I would recommend her.

We booked our treatments for 12:30 so we could finish together but were taken in at separate times yet somehow all finished within 5 minutes of each other. One of the therapists was having a meeting with her manager (I think) and one of the therapists was running late which she informed us of. We got 3 different aftercare information from the therapists. Myself personally did not receive the hot stone as according to my therapist my skin was sensitive and due to us doing the thermal spa, it was not appropriate yet my 2 friends got the hot stone treatment. My friend found recycled underwear in the pockets of her gown which the receptionist was apologetic for and replaced. I think for the future I will probably stick to the Old Street branch.

Had to wait more than half an hour over for my waxing, and the lady was not even apologetic, but, she was so good at waxing and thorough and quick, it made up for it. Would recommend for waxing.
