After I paid I received the appointment confirmation for the appointment. When I arrived 5 minutes before my treatment the lady in the counter asked twice if it was for today (18/09/17) to the day "we are fully booked". I said I already have an appointment, then she moved to the computer and look at the screen saying "here is the email, I hadn't seen it, sorry" she stare at me for a while and added "I don't have anyone to do your treatment" I asked if she was going to cancel for me to what she said yes, but I did not get a notification and I can't see the refund in the app. Very frustrating, they had 2 hours to call me but they "did not see my email" after a few minutes she offer rebooking and a voucher which didn't resolve the fact that I needed the treatment today and not next month.
Staff were very awkward, they did not make it comfortable for us at all. Kept looking at us weirdly. They made us fill our a form the time our treatment started, then got it wrong so made us fill out another, which resulted to only a half an hour treatment. Treatment was painful, and very rushed. Overall I think the spa was beautiful but the members of staff were very unpleasant and made us not even want to use the spa facilities and just leave asap. The staff members we had were answering questions we had with so much attitude it was horrible.
