When I first turned up they said they couldn't do my appointment and jad to rebook. But did give me a voucher to make up for it. The second time I was 1-2mins late then kept waiting for 10 mins then told off for being late! But the experience improved. I had a leg wax. She missed some bits but I do have light hair.

Nice spa, although very busy at time slot we chose and not really enough relaxation areas. Treatments were good and very relaxing and the beautician was lovely and very professional. I found the reception staff to be quite rude. They messed up the booking of our treatment times but were not at all apologetic. Need to work on customer service
