A good experience for the deep tissue massage.
The venue was easy to find. The ambience in the massage room was good (dimmed lighting, good comfortable bedding, spacious and clean), the treatment was on time and used the full allocated time. The treatment itself was good - it certainly had the therapeutic angle I was looking for as it was a deep tissue massage but I also felt relaxed throughout the treatment. Overall, there was a good level of professionalism about the treatment.
The masseuse was friendly and offered me water before and after the treatment.
The service was as expected at this price level, and I will certainly be returning regularly.

Booked a 50 minute massage at Spa London. Staff are very friendly and professional, it was a great massage and felt amazing afterwards. Only disappointment was the constant loud thumping of a Zumba class adjacent to the massage room drowning out the relaxing zen music. Annoying and head ache inducing. Otherwise a great experience.

I would not recommend getting a gel manicure here. I got the manicure done on Friday and by Sunday, 3 nails have lifted and have come off.
I went into the salon on Monday to see if they could fix the situation, only to find no one there. I left a message in the counter box (apparently you leave a message in the box if no member of staff Is about - this is awful service that nobody mans a desk) for them to contact me however it is Tuesday and they haven't rung me. Furthermore every time I ring to get my nails sorted, nobody picks up the phone.
