I agree with previous comments that the nearby excerise class music detracted from the overall ambience; however this wouldn't stop me booking at this venue again. The music playing in the treatment room helped to muffle out the exercise class music. The products used were nice, and the room lovely. The masseuse was very nice and used some good massage technique. The massage was very relaxing but also restorative. I used a discount voucher when booking, which meant I recieved excellent value for money. I would return again a full price, but it wouldn't offer as good value due to the ambience issue.

Excellent beautician, super professional, explained everything very well and is highly qualified. The spray than is beautiful too and looks very natural. This will be my go-to-go place for spray tans from now on and I can't wait to try one of their facials as well plus pedicure.

Appointment ran to time and the professional in charge of my pedicure was friendly and knowledgeable; she noticed that my nails were quite weak following an injury to one of my toes last year so selected a particular type of polish appropriate to my nail type and we had a good chat about that. Restorative pedicure was really relaxing and my feet came out feeling like walking on air :) polish was beautifully applied and has lasted well so far. Very happy. If I would change anything, it would be the set up for the room, as I was sat up on the massage table and the bowl for foot soaks etc was placed up on it, so I had to sit in a bit of a zigzag shape for that which wasn't the most comfortable position to bend myself into. Some sort of raised chair with the footbath at the base so it is comfortable for both the client and the beautician as you see at other salons might have added to the experience, but other than that it was hard to fault.
