The beautician that gave me my Hollywood wax was lovely and friendly. It’s the first time that a Hollywood wax did not hurt! So thank you for that. However, I was disappointed with the final result of the wax. When I went home, I noticed it was very patchy - paying for a Hollywood wax means EVERYTHING OFF. I had to remove the rest myself at home. I would reconsider visiting the Spa Experience, but I would definitely check my wax thoroughly before the beautician decides to leave the room.

Great experience although floor was a bit gritty from previous customers scrub treatment. Otherwise overall a nice massage and experience!
