This is my regular salon, I have been multiple times and every time it is clean, tidy, professional and the lady is lovely. She makes you feel really relaxed and does an amazing job of getting every last hair!

This was not what was expected, the lady massaging me (Mary) was nice and her massage was ok. The facilities are poor and there was a lot of noise from the outside of staff talking very very loud, the music in the room did not drown out their noise. If you would to relax this is NOT the place. No pre spa facilities either. Quite disappointed as the leisure centre is really nice :(

The beautician that gave me my Hollywood wax was lovely and friendly. It’s the first time that a Hollywood wax did not hurt! So thank you for that.
However, I was disappointed with the final result of the wax. When I went home, I noticed it was very patchy - paying for a Hollywood wax means EVERYTHING OFF. I had to remove the rest myself at home.
I would reconsider visiting the Spa Experience, but I would definitely check my wax thoroughly before the beautician decides to leave the room.
