Unfortunately my experience for the pedicure was bad for the following reasons
1. The spa doesn’t have the facilities for a pedicure treatment -> you have to lay flat on a massage bed and there is no tub for the feet
2. The treatment lasted 1h 10min which is too long for a simple pedicure
3. The facilities are not clean
4. I was looking for a pedicure with attention to nails, instead the focus was on scrub, mask and massage. All of which is nice but it missed the main point which was the pedicure itself
I would not go back/recommend to friends
I had my waxing with Emma and she is really great! Super polite, friendly and professional! After going to many different places around London, I finally found one that is clean and nice - definitely recommend this Spa and Emma
I came here for a last minute spa day with my mum for my birthday. I loved it. We had ema and Nicole looking after us. Don’t be put off because it’s in a leisure centre- once you’re in the spa area you won’t remember. Only a couple things to note- the sauna area is shared with the gym members and mixed genders; You’ll need a padlock or old pound coin for the locker in the changing rooms( or you can buy a token for 20p downstairs at reception) and if you get out in the first couple treatment rooms you can faintly here the exercise classes going on (only if the music stops).
I had a body pumice and hot stone massage and it was absolutely fabulous. I felt relaxed and looked after. It was the perfect start to my birthday. My mum had a body pumice and manicure/pedicure and loved it also. Definitely would be coming again. There isn’t an area in the spa to have a glass of champagne or some fruit.
P.S if you want to book the sauna before hand I’d recommend giving yourself enough time to enjoy if before!
