The staff were lovely and the centre was really clean . I was offered water and tea which is always nice . There is also fresh juices available which were delicious.The treatments went over time , which was completely fine for me but may be an issue for others.Before my facial I was asked about my areas of concern and given advise based on that which was great.There was no description of the pedicure on treatwell so was a bit dissapointed that with 50 minutes there was no dead skin removal or foot soak but the cuticle work on both manicure and pedicure was great. The deep tissue massage was only upper body which on the day was fine for me as my back was so tense . Overall , I would definately go back , it was great value for money, with great staff and nice facilities-perhaps a little work on the online descriptions would improve this spa.
