This was the worst spa experience i have ever had i took a friend for her birthday gift and it was highly embarressing ! When we arrived we were given an old tatty tote bag which we were told to hand bag with everything inside after the expernice we opened the bag to find a used pair of spa flip flops a tatty dressing gown which mine hand brown stains all done the front which i hoped was just coffee ! And a musty smelling towel which neither of us were keen to use .We were given the code to what we was the door of the spa!! When entering all we saw in front of us was what i can only describe as a dim lit toilet with a few sun beds the so called hydro therapy pool was just an small jacuzzi granted the room had a small sauna a steam room and a so-called ice fountain which was actually a sink which had rushed ice that came our of the tap for you to scoop out and put on your body i suppose . There was then another door which led to the relaxation room this had a few couches and half seated in bu all of the covers were dirty and soiled . There was fruit tea bags and a few cups with flasks of hot water but you could not see a thing to know what flavours they were so hardly what I’d call refereshments. All of it was a grimey disappointment for my friends birthday gift but what was worse when we realised we were stuck there for 3 hours until our massage which we tried to move forward to no avail we thought we might use the swimming pool instead as the hydro pool as just a heated bubble bath ! We were then told we would have to pay extra to use the swimming pool! So disappointed with this treat and will never use this company to surprise a friend again !

We really enjoyed our visit at Spa Experience, the staff were friendly and we were only waiting a couple minutes before we were seen to. I would highly recommend this spa, it was clean and the massage was worth while. I enjoyed the different types of oils used and was extremely comfortable. I would recommend Alisha who completed my pregnancy massage. She made sure I was at ease and asked what body areas in particular to work on.
I didn't use the spa facilities as it was just the massage I was booked in for.
