Booking our timeslot and exact treatment was a bit tricky and we didnt find the customer service to be that great before the day. Very hard to get hold of anyone on the phone and when we did finally speak the lady wasnt exactly obliging. HOWEVER, when we arrived, we found the experience to be much better than expected (after such off putting customer service prior). The changing rooms are a bit basic but do the trick (although should have seats by the blowdryers...not ideal when hot and pregnant. No air con in the reception area or the changing rooms, so we were sweating a lot of the day! However, what I should say is that the massages and facials we all had were amazing. There were three of us, each saw a different therapist, and all of us were so impressed.
I'm shocked that you cant use the pool in the leisure centre and tbh we found the 'spa' a bit grimey. But cannot fault the treatments - well done those girls!

Great place to go to chill out for a few hours at such a great price. Love that there were no more than 6 people including myself at any one time. Fruit water and herbal teas provided are great. Would be nice if spa users also got a dressing gown and bigger towels but I guess this can be forgiven for the price
