The Spa Experience was great value. We had a few hours before our treatments in the spa area. Albeit a little busy, the facilities were fantastic and highly recommend.
The 75 minutes massage was amazing - absolute heaven.

The staff seemed very stressed and tired, it was uncoordinated, my treatment was late and I had to ask to check it was going ahead which led my massage therapist to be pulled out of a treatment she was still doing with someone else to do mine. The room was cold and the massage therapist did not seem very competent or skilled at the massage she was giving me. I've had this type of massage several times before and her version was very different.
