They always ask to change the time for the appointment I make.
I got a new cosmetician who apparently hasn’t done a manicure before so she got a brief explanation what to do with my nails which she struggled to do, and only in the end she was replaced by an experienced one. Though, both of them were very kind and nice.

The spa facilities are pretty basic, but the treatments are wonderful. It’s in a leisure centre, so probably not ideal for a swish gift.
